What is Practice Culture? We define Practice Culture as “the way your staff do things, it’s learned from you – the Practice Leader, but becomes intrinsic in the behaviour of your people. It’s what delivers an excellent patient experience, optimises operations and is a powerful marketing tool. It’s fluid and ever evolving, willing to be shaped fit for purpose”.
Now, more than ever, Culture is what separates us from our competitors and defines our success. But it’s no walk in the park. It’s one of the greatest business challenges we face and that’s worth some serious attention.
We have a range of ways to help you define your Practice Culture. Contact us to find out more.
